I am an operations expert with a sharp analytical mindset, a heart for people, and a knack for turning chaos into clarity. Over the last 7+ years, my journey has evolved from HR, Scrum, and People Operations to Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Full-Stack MVP Development.

I’ve worn many hats across FinTech, Maritime, Real Estate, SaaS, and the Creative industries. But they all center around one goal: building efficient, people-powered systems that deliver measurable results.

Operations & Data Engineering: By merging the Crystal Agile Framework with hands-on Data Science (Python, Pandas, Scikit-Learn), I build operations that are both human-centric and mathematically sound. I operate at the absolute intersection of the boardroom and the codebase.

If it’s moving, I streamline it. If it’s stuck, I unlock it. And if it’s just an idea? I engineer it into reality.
