I am an operations expert with a sharp analytical mindset, a heart for people, and a knack for turning chaos into clarity. Over the years, my journey has evolved from HR and People Operations to Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Full-Stack MVP Development.

I built the iLou Foundation because I saw a gap. Companies needed rigorous, uncompromising technical execution, and communities needed funding that wasn't tied to bureaucratic red tape. We merged the two.
